Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bd bazzi platform — including the sportsbook, casino lobby, live dealer games, fishing games, or any other product offered at bd-bazzi.com — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and bd bazzi.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact support at [email protected] to arrange account closure. Continued use of the platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the bd bazzi Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to bd bazzi and all products offered on the platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bd bazzi enforces a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register, deposit, bet, or use any feature of the platform.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your location before registering. bd bazzi does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for your use of the platform in a restricted jurisdiction.
3. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that limits your ability to enter into contracts, you may not register.
4. No self-exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement — either one you have applied yourself via bd bazzi's responsible gaming tools or one applied by another gambling operator. If you are self-excluded and attempt to open a new account, you are in breach of these Terms.
5. Not an employee: Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of bd bazzi or any of its affiliated service providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offers.

Account Registration

To access the full features of bd bazzi, including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum:

• Your full legal name (matching your National ID card or passport)
• A valid, active email address that you own and control
• Your date of birth (to verify you are aged 18 or above)
• Your mobile phone number (for account security and verification purposes)
• Your preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT)
• A secure password of your own choosing

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bd bazzi at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, bd bazzi reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity carried out through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd bazzi immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bd bazzi supports a comprehensive range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction across all supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposit source: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate return of the deposit and potential account suspension.
• Processing times: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bd bazzi account in real time. Processing times for other payment methods may vary.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing with no outstanding compliance flags.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. bd bazzi does not process withdrawals to payment accounts not previously used for a deposit on the same account.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending compliance review.
• Withdrawal of deposit balance: Players may withdraw an unplayed deposit balance at any time, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds and wagering-requirement balances are not withdrawable until all applicable conditions are met.

Bonuses & Promotions

bd bazzi offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to cricket events such as BPL and IPL. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification. Promotional offers may be restricted by geography, payment method, or player tier.
2. One bonus per promotion: Players are entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless the offer is explicitly structured as a recurring promotion (e.g., a weekly reload bonus). Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times using duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
3. Wagering requirements: All bonuses at bd bazzi are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) and any game-specific restrictions (e.g., slots contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10%) are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
4. Bonus expiry: Bonuses and any associated free spins expire within the time period stated in the individual promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus balances and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited automatically.
5. Withdrawal of bonus winnings: Winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
6. Maximum bet restriction: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum bet per round or per selection is capped at ৳500 (or as stated in the individual promotion terms). Bets exceeding the maximum during an active bonus period may be voided at bd bazzi's discretion.
7. Abuse and manipulation: bd bazzi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and close any account found to be exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk betting strategies, matched betting via multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all products on bd bazzi including cricket betting, casino games, live dealer games, and fishing games. Product-specific rules may be published separately on the relevant game or market pages and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the bd bazzi system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a system outage or connectivity interruption may not be registered and should be re-confirmed before the event begins.
• Insufficient funds: Bets will only be accepted where your account balance is sufficient to cover the full stake amount at the time of placement. bd bazzi does not extend credit to players.
• Odds changes: For pre-match betting markets, odds are fixed at the time a bet is confirmed. For live in-play betting, odds fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applied to the confirmed bet.
• Void bets: bd bazzi reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistake has resulted in materially incorrect odds being offered. In such cases, the full stake is returned to the player's account.
• Match abandonment: In the event that a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, suspended, or otherwise not completed as scheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the published rules for the relevant market. Where no specific rule applies, bd bazzi's trading team will settle bets at their discretion using the most reasonable and fair interpretation available.
• Casino game results: All casino games on bd bazzi use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the game providers. Game results are determined at the point of play and cannot be altered after the fact. In the event of a game malfunction, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum winnings: bd bazzi may apply a maximum single-transaction payout cap. Where applicable, this cap will be communicated in the relevant game or market rules. Winnings exceeding the published cap will be paid only up to the cap amount.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bd bazzi. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where legally appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

1. Underage gambling: Attempting to register or gamble while under the age of 18, or assisting a person under 18 to access the platform.
2. Multiple accounts: Opening, using, or attempting to benefit from more than one registered account on the platform, whether in your own name or under false identity.
3. False identity: Providing any false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any point during the account relationship.
4. Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the platform in a way not intended for human use.
5. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or tournament offered on the platform.
6. Money laundering: Using bd bazzi as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. bd bazzi applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
7. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after a deposit has been credited and used for betting or gaming. Accounts where chargebacks are initiated will be suspended pending investigation.
8. Platform interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the bd bazzi platform, including its game servers, odds feeds, or payment processing systems.
9. Exploiting errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical error, software bug, or miscalculated odds to place bets at materially incorrect prices. All bets placed under such circumstances will be voided.

Account Closure & Suspension

Either party — you or bd bazzi — may close a player account at any time. The following conditions govern account closure and suspension:

• Player-initiated closure: If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact support at [email protected]. Your remaining balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 working days of the closure request being processed.
• Responsible gaming closure: Players who request self-exclusion through bd bazzi's responsible gaming tools will have their account suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion, login is disabled and no new accounts may be opened. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details.
• bd bazzi-initiated suspension: bd bazzi reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, a compliance obligation, or a security risk. Suspended accounts will be reviewed within a reasonable time. Where a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed.
• bd bazzi-initiated closure for breach: In cases of confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, identity falsification, underage gambling, or prohibited conduct — bd bazzi may permanently close the account without prior notice. Any balance attributable to fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Legitimate deposits may be returned at bd bazzi's discretion after investigation.
• Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bd bazzi may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts as stated in the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd bazzi's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd bazzi expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption to the platform caused by factors outside bd bazzi's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government-ordered restrictions.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any decisions you make to place bets or play casino games and the outcomes of those decisions.
• Technical faults in third-party game software, provided that bd bazzi takes reasonable steps to resolve the fault and return affected stakes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Changes to These Terms

bd bazzi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes — those that substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — bd bazzi will notify registered players via the email address on file.

Your continued use of the bd bazzi platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

bd bazzi recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last reviewed and updated.
